At Medusa Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
